Hello you! I must say that these are the most darling people I have ever met! Ok, I've met a lot of darling people, but aren't they the cutest?! It was so sweet to see how excited dad was + isn't this little lady a DOLL?!
She was this little peanut of barely 6 pounds and boy was she sweet! She slept almost the entire time and was a dream!
The thing I love most about photographing newborns is that this is a once in a lifetime experience. Your sweet bundle will never fit into your arms this way or be this small again. As much as I wish there was a rewind button, there isn't. This is why I love capturing these moments so much... they are fleeting and life flies by WAY too fast!
One thing that I feel so strongly about is including parents in these images. Mamas, I know that you don't feel your best right after having a baby, but a flowy shirt or gorgeous dress can hide that post-partum bump and how amazing will your child feel when you show them these images as they get older?
We love these littles before they ever set foot on this earth and there is no better way to document that love than with an image... a tangible memory your child can hold onto forever.
