I have heard it so many times that mom has passed away and the kids couldn't find many photos with her in them when they started looking. This honestly breaks my heart. Memories fade and the only thing we will have left to help keep them alive are the photos of the moments we can never get back.
Mama, it's time to stop hiding behind the camera. If you need an excuse to get dressed up and feel your best before you step in front of it, schedule a session and let's do it!
The more you step in front of the camera, the more comfortable you will become and before you know it, you will find yourself existing in those photographs with your kids on a daily or weekly basis on your own at home. Something changes within as we see ourselves more and more. I have seen it within myself.

We hide for fear we aren't worthy and I am here to tell you tonight that you ARE worthy to step in front of the camera and that little voice inside your head that is telling you you aren't pretty enough, good enough, or skinny enough is not one that you should listen to. It only wants to tear you down and make you feel less than you are.
Mama, you ARE beautiful, you ARE worthy, and you ARE perfect just as you are in your skin today. You are you and that is all you need to be. You do not need society to tell you how to look or act. Believe me, it doesn't matter your shape or size, we all have this little voice.
You have to realize that you kids and yourself are what matter most. Your kids think you are perfect just the way you are. Be unapologetically you because if you are happy with the person you are inside then nothing else matters.
I want you to look yourself in the mirror every morning and tell yourself that you are one sexy beast + anytime that little voice comes a talking... shush it with your words of affirmation and pretty soon you will start to believe it and you will feel it deep in your core.
Be intentional with your thoughts and aware of where they are coming from. Don't let the enemy in your head win. Do it for you, do it for your kids, and do it for a better life + more comfort in your own skin.
You've got this mama and I'm here rooting for you!
