Sam Senior Session | Southern Utah Photographer

Senior, 2020, Covid-19, Coronavirus, Utah, Photographer, Lifestyle photography, Three Peaks, Cedar City, Southern Utah, St George

Gosh you guys, weird times this year. Mamas turned into teachers and everyone in the graduating class of 2020's world got tossed upside down and shaken I tell ya!

The one thing that I was grateful for through all of this is where we live. We have a small town and lots of space. So much space that we were allowed the ability to still take photos and abide by social distancing rules.

Utah has slowly started reopening which began last Friday and boy can I say it feels so good to see a little bit of normalcy..... still not completely normal, but it feels good to see businesses picking back up again and all of us are doing the best we can.

These unprecedented times leave you feeling a little off and I can't believe how far we have come.

I can't jump back into this without saying thank you so much to all of you that gave me the opportunity to capture you during this time. I am amazed at how quickly time seemed to pass while seeming to go slow. I always say that time flies + looking back on the past few months it still rings true! ha

I enjoyed photographing Seniors and had such a blast during Sam's session. Although he was sad about things shutting down, he was able to look ahead and plan his next steps for this fall. He is ready to head to college and try this 'adulting' thing! ha

His mom was grateful for the extra time she was able to have with him, but she said he is ready to get out of dodge! I think we all are at this point, amirite?

I remember graduation day and being so excited to see what the future held and I am so glad that this guy is too! Can't wait to see where you go from here because the only direction is up ;)
